Hello!!!!!

You crafty internet people!

only 3 days until Santa Day and I am set to jet! Presents bought (check), Baking Done (check), Wrapping of said presents (*clears throat*). I'll admit, I have yet to wrap the presents. I don't like wrapping the presents. I prefer to buy them and distribute them but wrapping them??!!?? UGH!!!!

Oh well, I have 2 more nights to wrap them. I still have plenty of time!

Insert Shrug Here

I have been not particularily Crafty as of late. It's been a busy stream of kids, school, shopping and travel so no time for excessive sitting and Crocheting. I did make 7 sewn hats in the last week and helped my MIL draw out the pattern for said hats and for mittens as well. There are cute little ear flapesk hats that my kids are going nuts over!! So I made one for each kid (well 2 for the boy child) and the others will be included in the gifts for my nephews and other small children in my life.

Sorry no picture yet!

???!!???!?!?!

So I was about 1/2 way done my first for sale dress and now I can't find it!!!! I have no idea where it went and that is very frustrating! It is a very cute watermelony dress (I believe the pattern is one of Crochet Gardens) and it was coming together very nicely. *sigh* I'll have to tear the house apart this weekend and hopefully I'll find it!

Exciting New Idea

I have found that I enjoy making little crochet dresses for the monkey girl and as she doesn't need 18 crocheted dresses I have decided to sell them. I checked online and the patterns I have mention that selling the finished product is fine as long as I give pattern credit to her. Done and done! I'll post pictures of my first for sale baby/toddler dress as soon as I get it made!

Granny Star #2!

This was a gift for one of the neices. It is made using a 6mm hook and WW millends and Red Heart.

Granny Star!

This is the Monkey Boys Granny Star Blankie! He calls it his "Rock Star" Blankie! It is made using a 6mm hook with WW yarn (mostly all Red Heart). The pattern can be found here http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?t=88832&highlight=samijofitz

It works up pretty fast and makes a great gift!

Gabba!

My son LOVES Yo Gabba Gabba so I purchased patterns off of Etsy and made him Brobee. I wasn't 100% happy with the patterns so I winged a Muno and my boy LOVES his Muno (and his Brobee).

My Favorite Quilt Ever!!!

I saw this quilt in a quilting magazine. It is my absolute favorite quilt that I've made so far. It's called "Spring Loaded". It's being held up by my hubby.

SADDLE UP PARTNERS!

Well to start I'll show you a picture of the little pony I finished not too long ago using the Clop and Ali Pattern. The pink pony is made with ww and I think a 5mm hook. The teeny pony is made using baby weight mill ends and a 3mm or 2.5mm hook.
